Scheduling: Book Us For An Event
Booking your appointment is simple, and our team is ready to provide the attention, care, and expertise you deserve. Let’s get started—pick a time that works for you.
To apply discounts, the owner, manager, event planner must be the qualifying individual.
Bookings can be 1, 2, or 3 hours. For longer events, contact us directly for customization. We will require access 30 minutes before the scheduled time to set up and 30 minutes after to clean up. Tickets only apply to gelato and sorbetto scoops.
How It Works:
STEP 1: Choose Date, Time, and Provide Address.
STEP 2: Choose four flavors of gelato/sorbeto.
STEP 3: Pay 50% of the total for the event.
STEP 4: We Prepare your fresh batch.
STEP 5: We arrive on site 30 minutes.
STEP 6: Remaining 50% is paid minus any discounts and special tickets are provided.
STEP 7: We set up and begin the event. We serve. You enjoy!
STEP 8: We clean up and make our way.
STEP 9: You give us your honest feedback.
